Hi maybe you are using wrong blade. It is easy to use actually. Try to use other blade we have shown it in the video which blade to use.😊

actually my blender are tight after bring to service and the uncle do said it's very tight now everything doing okay happy with this item now my second time cooking sambal korek hijau super super nice my chilie 😋😘🤭👍👍👍 thanks for the sharing video if I my blur cum I just on this video again3😂👍🤭
