I have to say that I love being involved in full stack projects and I’ll continue in this path. Working in remote is good but is important to be at least once or twice in a month in the office with colleagues for balancing the working flow. Otherwise I’m happy for that in general. Thanks for your feedback

As a full stack developer, don't you get paid the same as either a front end or a back end developer but your doing both jobs? To it doesn't seem like a good thing to do 2jobs but get paid for 1.
your welcome, here in switzerland the average with 2-4-6 years experience is around 110k -130k - 150k/year salary, sometimes junior can start at 90k/year

I think they go with the computer science engineer but in theory. Personal skills are also relevant. If this person is arrogant or doesn’t match in terms of interpersonal skills they’ll surely fire him. So don’t discourage yourself just because another one have a good paper title. You’ll get your chance
