Hey Alaska! Here's what I do with empty spaces:
I get a dresser and recolor it, put three vases of different sizes and put different flowers in each one, then I add perfumes or picture frames or books or anything really on top of it! Then I add a mirror on top. Also, try adding clusters of plants in empty corners and if you have a big empty space in the center of a room, add a round carpet and a piano on top of it. It's very elegant looking!
im building a new house and this is very helpful ty
Whenever I have empty spaces I just put plants 😂
I do that too! lol

Nah story on why Alaska Hates canopies
If you have an empty space near stairs, make custom stairs!!
First, make the stairs hollow and add a door (Harry Potter vibes)
You can make it an extra room if it's big enough!!
Also, add one extra wall on the outside and make it a bookshelf :D
(If that makes sense)
If your empty space isn't near stairs, add a small table with a lamp, plant, candle, or statement piece!
Another empty space option is to add a canvas-holder-thingy and a stool near a wall!
aNoThEr one is add a statement wall! Put waterfalls, vines, or even just a different color or wallpaper!! After the wall you can keep it like that, or my personal favorite is to make a custom comfy bench thing and put books and windows all around it!
Thank's for coming to my TED Talk, Alaska (and/or Alaskians :D)
Daily fact for Alaska: You can either add a floor lamp in the empty spaces (or just in the corners) or plants. Hope that helps!

When I fill empty spaces I normally put down some type or activity, like for example a carpet, lamp, and a piano. Not only is it stylish but it brings the room together.
Another thing I do is put down a carpet, and make a little creative section. Like a painting easil and a carpet. Finally, you can add some dressers as well as vases and flowers, or a random fireplace (the modern one with glass looks best unless it's being paired with a TV.)
Hope this helps!
Edit: Really just anything that can bring attention to your room works well! A center piece even such as a small table and vase.

Hello Alaska! This is what I usually use empty spaces for:
Put a circular rug (doesn't matter which one) and resize it to be large! Then add a piano (doesn't matter which one) and to the right of the piano, I add 2 plants! (one big and one small) hope this helps Alaska!
And another way to fill up empty spaces is to put a 1x1 box made of walls then add windows all around it (it needs to cover the whole wall) then i add a few plants in there and it looks incredible! Hope this idea helps as well!
this helps me lol thx
This helped me thanks a lot
You can also put shelves and books, i usually do this to fill up the empty spaces in my house.
Btw thanks for the ideas, they are really cute!
I really love to put random console tables with photo frames, cordless phones, stacks of books, plants, whatever. It just adds a little charm.

2.Display
3.Reading Room
4.Gaming room
5.Romantic Dining rooms On both floors (Serberben)
Nice but you spell it Suburban
8:00
I usually put a desk, maybe a custom bench, sometimes I use a bunny cage hack and make a custom bunny there (it turns out super cute and you can usually find tutorials for it on RUclips), pillars and shelves make the area look less empty. (I know I'm posting this half a year after this video was originally posted BUT it could be helpful to people who view this video now)
Thank you!

Hey Alaska! When there are empty spaces in the middle like in 7:59. You can add a piano, setting table, bunch of plants crowded together, a chandelier, and lastly, if it’s a BIG space, than you can make a room out of it.
Tip for Alaska: Use advanced placement for the windows to stretch it out in the sun room so it doesn't have weird wall parts!😊😊😊

For empty spaces, that's where I usually put stairs, or some sort of table and decorate it. If I'm doing a fancy house of some sort, I may even put a piano. I usually have to remind myself to put plants in my builds for color, but I'm getting better at that! I like putting multiple plants in corners of rooms for some color and decoration!
For your other question, I speak English as my first language, and Spanish! I can also play the piano, and have been for maybe 5-ish years?
I also have another building challenge, if you are up to reading the idea! What if you did a build where you couldn't turn your collision off, or you couldn't use advanced placing in general? Maybe even the transform tool?
That's all, thanks for reading!

hm..about suburban houses maybe a ...💀 but you can add something on a custom showcase or sculpture for fancy or rich houses + modern or luxurious
I go on an english course as im not english or american-
If you ever use the structural archway with a pillar I recommend resizing the arch to the thickness of the pillar so it looks like a wall or just so it’s not so thin.
a tip for empty spaces could be:drawing table, cozy bean bag to sit, books,on side of stairs =area to watch netflix (laptop and a nice chair w table)
The title says she can't use the small grid but I think she's only using the small grid in the video😭
Where?
Empty spaces, like you did: decorative tables, rugs, couches, maybe add like a tiny sitting area just in the middle of the room, I once did an art gallery- closed in the stairwell with a wall and added a bunch of paintings, and a couch opposite to it. Filled the room right up!
For the space filling , I would recommend maybe placing a table and adding some decor or you could make a cute little seating area (using beanbags because i think they look cute) :>
I have been watching Lasko for nine years, and she makes the best video keep up the good work, Alaska❤😊
11:33 don't worry, i'm obsessed too. i have one in my room irl.
Heres a little tip: add pillars to ALL your corners. ALL. 2. Try using different textures or colors for a room. EX: one wall is wooden texture , and the rest is a neutral color. 3. For your lights, you should definitely use linen. It gives a more warmer tone!
Sometimes I really like to use the wall framing I think it’s called?
@@punkieeeerhwall trim i think
don’t put pillars on every single corner that looks funny 😂 and for the lights if u want a warmer more like vintage home use flint.
No. Just no- If you want a way more realistic lighting and home, use Flint and Cloudy grey. But star06110, you are right, if you want a vintage home, use that.
idk man in not feeling linen
Empty Spaces Idea for your Alaska and anyone else~
- First of all, it’s a bit tacky but **the way you style it depends**. A black piano with a round carpet underneath really adds a nice ✨spice✨
-Console tables with books and plants. Any clutter items are appreciated like sunglasses, watches ect.
-Ok but bay windows are pretty but it looks a bit… idk but basic. Decorate it to make it better!!! Like adding structural and fixing the way it looks like from the outside because yikes…
-Adding any sort of comfort chairs/couches rocking chairs are a ⚡️must⚡️ to increase your grandma inside of you 🫶
- Adding any sort of floor plants or floor lamps. Also remember warm lighting is KEY for any good house
- Indoor plant sanctuary. Ok. I know this sounds really weird but it made my mansion look FANCY okay? Basically anything from a 4x4 with glass windows. The HUGE ones yk? Basically then you add grass floor on the inside and a VARIETY of plants. Very beautiful yuh.
- Adding insets. They were added so we make sure we use them to our advantage. Because remember the days where we LITERALLY HAD TO BUILD WALLS OUT OF BASIC SHAPES JUST FOR THOSE INSETS. So use them 💋
~hope you like these guys 💗🫶

I posted this four months ago and also I know she made a hotel in her city but I haven't watched her recently so I don't know if she made one in her town.
WHY IS THIS ACTUALLY SO CUTEEE 15:48
Desks, bookshelves, paintings, mirrors, instruments, windows, dresser, decoration like bags or keys, or an activity like a kid kitchen or a art place, ect
am i the only one that when she criticized a room she made,I went “that’s so pretty!” because knowing damn well I can’t build like that, but still,it’s beautiful.😭
I can build like this but I don't have the budget 😮💨 started a modern "mansion" on a hill and I'm poor already! Haven't even started the interior 💔
16:10 if something is in front of the door it stops it from going farther 😅
Alaska, you should build a house in only ONE color
1:38 “ooh okay we can’t forget the GaERagE”
Yeah I know how it feels to use the large grid, it's horrible and disgusting in the inside. I used to use the large grid and my houses didn't look good at all, but that's when I was a starter. Also tip for empty spaces is plants and umbrella things, and like other little things from the "All". Then it looks real cute! Hope that helps. I love your channel Alaska!

I feel you girly, i went to go use the bathroom in the middle of the night and i see a huge spider on the mirror. Australia is just built like that here.
In empty spaces I like to add a baby/toddler play area! I add a rug and add toys but color them so they kinda match the theme. But if you don't want a toddler/baby play area then I add a 1 by (however long you want) then I decorate it. It makes houses look so good and modern! Or take pillars and put them in a row with a tiny opening in between instead of a wall! I hope this helps!!
