@@brianwyyz Hi Brian, great to meet you and thanks also for subscribing😊I’m hoping to do Tetbury Goods Shed Parkrun tomorrow. Woolacombe Dunes, if I’m in Devon again, who knows😊
@@brianwyyz Thanks Brian, I’ll probably film again tomorrow so there’ll be a new video next Thursday at 3pm😊I’ve got the London Vitality 10K next Sunday but I’m not really ready, I think I’ll struggle to go sub-55🙁
@@AndyCliffMTB Sub 55 would be amazing but (frustratingly) you can only do what you can do given the injury, right!? In any case I'll be interested to see how you get on 🙂
@@brianwyyz The heel pain doesn’t usually affect my running that much on the run itself, it’s usually a few hours afterwards that I feel it, but my lack of running will affect my performance, I haven’t run 10K since May😬But thanks for your good wishes😊
Great time Andy well done. Looked a great spot. Good to see the reduced running hasn't completely obliterated your fitness and the other stuff your doing is clearly helping. Not been to many where there are multiple finish funnels and when I have, it's really confused me but that really doesn't take much haha
@@TheRunningWhale Cheers Craig, the running conditions were ideal, the drizzle helped😊I’ve been doing a longer Monday gym session for the last few weeks and that may have helped but you can’t replace actual running🙁I know they do operate 2 funnels but I think there was only one that day (just over 600 runners). Thanks for your support😀
@@AndyCliffMTB Seems okay to me ☺☺ If you are using a wrist HR monitor those things are never accurate at the best of times so I wouldn't worry about it and just use it as a guide, I would get a arm/ chest strap if you want to be more accurate
@@RunFreeandStrong Thanks Reto, I found it tough, especially after 3K but I was determined to try and maintain my pace. I was pleased given my lack of running of late, goodness knows how I’ll do in the 1/2 marathon in October😬 Yeti 100 is close now?
My local (Birkenhead)has around those numbers, not been back for a while, I much prefer the smaller ones. Looks a lovely park though, hope the heel improves 🤞
@@jennyharrison4 Hi Jennifer, I’ve done Birkenhead, that’s a big one as you say, very historic park as I recall😊I know what you mean about the smaller ones, they really appreciate the support and it’s one way to move up the leaderboard😂I came 9th at Tawd Valley😀 I went for a 4K run this morning, it’s still not right but it’s maybe a little better, thanks for asking😊
@@IRunDaily Thanks for watching Ian, I was hoping it’d be flat but it wasn’t, I really had to work to maintain my pace from 4K, I’m just not doing the running mileage at the moment 🙁
In my city and at my local parkrun and you didn't invite me 😮😂 The telegraph hotel is pretty good to be fair. Good to see lots of local faces on your video.
@@SwimBikeRunStu Oops Stu, my apologies, I didn’t realise it was your local, you’ve done quite a few tourists of late. It’d be great to meet you at some point, let me know if you’re coming up North😊Thanks for watching too😊
Nice to meet you mate!
@@tazcave-caulfield1779 You too Taz, have you done your half marathon yet?
You did well to pace it that evenly given the hills. Hopefully it's 7th time lucky with the laser treatment...
@@markg99 Thanks Mark, I’m way below par right now but I was determined to at least run fairly even splits⚙️😅 Still undecided about treatment #7….🤔
Nice chatting to you Andy, keep up the tourism (and don't forget Woolacombe Dunes!)
Really enjoying your vids 🙂

That looked like a nice park run and well done for the even splits. I'd count Coventry as up North 😂😂😂
