I just found this right now and it’s actually crazy to think how far ahead he was, And how he’s still on the side of freedom today. He would make a much better president than what we’ve had for the past couple of years.
This is a smart and well-worded statement from RFK, Jr. He calls it like it is. 'Tis a pity that he had no desire to pursue a national political career, for he would have made a great senator from the state of New York.
Another sad day for the Kennedys. Outrageous comparison. It takes courage to stand for morals which the Kennedys are not known for doing in recent years. Only Sargent Shriver and Eunice Kennedy upheld ethics in this latest generation.
The right to love is one of the most basic human rights of all. Nobody should be denied the opportunity to have a family, to have children, because of their sexual orientation. To deny fellow citizens these rights is Un-American. We are better than that. This issue too is "a moral issue, as old as the scriptures, as clear as the constitution." Thank you Robert for showing the American people, again, the kind of country we can be, the kind of country we should be. Your father would be so proud.
@awomaninva55 There have been several "smart" Kennedy's, not the least of which are President John F Kennedy, Senator Robert F Kennedy, and Senator Edward "Ted" Kennedy.
@laughlovelaura Hi Laura, yes you are right! There are a-lot of good people in VA. Some of the friends I have are native VA whose families have been here hundreds of years. It is just too bad though that they are not the majority in VA. Perhaps in time!
Thumbs up RFK JR. Virginia has been on the wrong side of every important federal issue since the signing of the Dec. of Ind. It is the most backward state. Do not spend your travel vacation money in VA. Spread the word. That's the only thing we can do. Hurt them in the all-important wallet! BOYCOTT VIRGINIA!
So what kool-aid are you drinking? By what standards is same-sex marriage immoral?Clearly it has not occurred to your irrational mind that same-sex marriages pose no threat to those who are married. It is the right of every citizen in this country to pursue happiness w/o hurting others or imposing their illogical dogma on others. That right extends to every citizen, regardless of their race, creed, sex orientation, beliefs, and so forth.
RUclips randomly recommending this 12 years later, glad to know rfk was on the right side when so many were not
Vote for him in the 24 Primaries 🗳

"the last vestige"? Probably not. But certainly it's something that should be fixed now.
🤔when in doubt choose the middle ground
What a right-wing anti-vaxxer conspiracy theory thing to say! 😅
