I like all the modular sets, but these that can multiply the structure: Town Hall; Cinema (did u try to put a cell phone in it?); Diner, Pet store, Brick bank, Green grocers, and Corner cafe
Even though it’s not technically part of this theme, you should add Doctor Strange’s Sanctum Sanctorum from the LEGO Infinity War theme to this list. It looks like it belongs.
Now I just want to build all of them and create a main street which goes into my downtown Dallas, Texas Might take a month to build them all but worth it
