It was clear this guy took his time designing and researching exactly what he wanted to do and built a quality trailer. From the video clips it looked like he knew exactly how to build and install everything, or like me he had to watch, then rewatch, then watch one more time various RUclips videos. I really liked that he did the exterior in two colors of a rino type paint which is something few people use. Looks like he had plenty of solar for his needs and could possibly provide the electrical needs for another similar trailer. It had everything they needed, including a tv which is awesome!
Awesome work you two! It’s beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing your work. An inspiration to 1,000s of people! I love time-lapse videos and the very pleasant music. 😊
Absolutely WOW WOW WOW From South Africa, Great Job brother, you are a very gifted man and great to see your wife also involved in your project. Fantastic Camper Light weight.
Amazing work there man, truly a work of art. I have one suggestion tough.....you should have slanted the roof slightly towards the front, maybe like 10 degrees so when you get water on the roof it will just run off as you don't have drip rails on the sides to carry the water away. The thing with standing water is it tends to seep into materials regardless of how good your sealing job was.
Fantastic build that fella knows exactly what he’s doing, wonder if he’s done it before, 10/10 , perhaps a slight over kill on the battery packs but still brilliant.
Where are the brakes, safety overrun cables, side running lights. Suspension looks underrated for the weight of the chassis , let alone the bodywork and fitments. What is the total gvw? Etc., etc..
Nice job. My only concern for you would be that it appears you may have trapped the powered cooler box. If it fails, can you get it out without a lot of work?
You obviously have great skills to build this, but some major design flaws don't work for me: I would want my kitchen inside and be able to stand comfortably in it. Also, a bathroom would be more than nice.
I see those as choices not flaws, he'd have to go a lot bigger to accommodate a bathroom. A lot of people do not want to cook inside their camper for different reasons, I personally don't for the smell factor.
Do not build your own trailer unless you know exactly what you are doing! People die every year from DIY trailers. Unfortunately it’s usually people walking on sidewalk.
hope the axle holds up and i hope he visually inspected the inside of those axle hubs before filling them with grease. Those hubs are cast and many times the inside has cast debre left over from the process. If you dont break that debre off and clean out the hub that debre can break off on the road and ruin your bearings fast.
Great build! You should have ran your electrical wires through a small diameter pvc pipe instead of sealing them under the foam board. That way it needs to be re wired in the future, you can just pull through the new wires easily and not have to run them under the trailer frame. Other than that awesome job!

I wouldn't have used the term 'scratch' in the title

Amazing to see him work. Everything looked so beautiful. Just wished before and after pictures of the entire project were shown.
Man had a vision and the skills to bring it to fruitition....my hero 👏🏽

Nothing beats hand built
That is very high quality craftsmanship and it turned out beautiful.
Very nice! What an impressive build. Congratulations, it turned out amazing.

Incredible build you two and thank you for sharing so much!
Thats lots of power for a little camper .
I enjoyed all of that hard work for a great payoff.
The skills acquired to produce something like this is a well earned blessing.
well done and the music was great not annoying like so many videos , your abilities are amazing and choice of colors so classy
Wow! Great job-very inspiring
Next level craftsmanship.
Beautiful! Great work!
Nice work beautiful technology ❤
Surely not the first camper he's building. Quite well done 👍👍
Superb work, well done!!!

Built better than ones you buy that's for sure great 👍 job
And for a lot less
Wow, top job mate.
Thanks for sharing us we really appreciate it ❤️
One of the best best builds i've seen. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Good job on the construction. It's obviously built for younger knees!
Wow beautiful art work I watched full video amazing ..👍👍👍
What a amazing job.Will done.😊

Super job!
Continue to be better everyday improving
Keep going up
God bless you ok

my goodness if this were a kit; they could make millions!
First one would have to get it DOT certified then certified as a trailer, then pay the Millions in liability insurance.
Nice crawl space for a pet, but I prefer stand-up room with sleeping room, shower, and cooking area compact enough for a twosome!
Pretty Sweet Get out Pod 👍
Dropped my jaw when I saw the second lithium battery!!!!!!!
Nice job ! If I did this it would look like a rolling chicken coop... 😂
Wish I could work that fast !!
You did a wonderful job 👏
Very nice work, but I assume the end weight of the camper is something about 6524 tons ...
It would be nice to know what this particular build ended up weighing...how much if any axle capacity was left for "gear"?

Really nice work 🙂!
I would add a spare tire, and maybe an extra hub. Your trailer does look awesome though.
Precioso trabajo
His channel is pretty cool to watch
WOW🔥
Cool project, doesn't seem lightweight though. You do make it look easy.
Very good 👍👍
That's awesome
Perfect okay work👍👍👍👍
GENIO!!!
I think this build has as good a chance of making it down to the Titanic as any other constructions I’ve seen that utilize RV lighting.
Good job
Nice job.
That is going to be one very heavy camper!
very good
Very nice job
Good job dude. Will your next one have a Banos?
Superbe 😉👍 BravO 👏😉
Mantap👍
Nice job. My only concern for you would be that it appears you may have trapped the powered cooler box. If it fails, can you get it out without a lot of work?
So good❤
a unbraked trailer looks a bit dangerious

That’s cute. I wonder how this would hold up if going off road. No metal framing except for the base. Good effort though.

Lmbo.
WHEN YA WANT IT DONE RIGHT DO IT YA’SELF.
Hope that liner on the exterior holds up
LEGEND
Nice work friend, but you exceeded that 1ton axle cap. About half way through, And laminate floor is too slippery for a trailer
Magnific men 😊
Nice build
Awesome...:-)
Good 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I would have treated wood with mildew paint especially around water sources 😊

+ Nice and solid job 👍🏼 - Too small and color. But in general Gucci Gucci 👍🏼
Great build. All of that wood must make the trailer weigh a ton or two
wow very good
Love the use of the Kreg jig! I love mine, it's such a handy little tool. Nicely done sir!
Typical overated tool (jig) with great commercials. 90% of the times it's used
there is an easier way. Next you'll be bragging about Dremel tools.
It became very beautiful but very heavy. How heavy is it?
I thought it was an awesome job 👏 what was the weight when completed?
Thats a cool build but clean the paint before welding porosity is not good on the weld bead
Good
