This guy really needs to work on his social skills because they're absolutely terrible. The tenants are stupid for even bothering to rent from him. He wouldn't get one red cent from me with that attitude. Without a stove, you can't cook. If you can't cook, you can't eat unless have food that doesn't require to be cooked or obtain prepared food from a restaurant which not everyone prefers to do... So how exactly is that not an emergency?... It sounds like he wants the money that comes with owning rental properties, but he doesn't want the work that comes with it.

One of them that I watched today was when you changed the voicemail greeting of that racist dude who got all pissed off when Tyrone wanted a place to have a Thanksgiving meal. That was epic. Wanted to share with you what I did back in 1994 after I left a dealership down in Florida to come back to Michigan and take care of my mom who died from cancer. I had to stop in Indiana due to a snowstorm. I was looking thru my briefcase and found the list of all dealership employees who had phones at their desks and what their extensions were. Guess what - most of their passwords to their voicemail greetings were their extension number. I must have changed around 40 -50 greetings - including the two owners of now closed Koons Ford in Hollywood, Florida. My buddy called me the following week when the shit hit the fan at the next sales meeting. Our voices were similar - and they thought that he might have done it. Anyway, we were friends with the GM and after the meeting he pulled my buddy into his office and played the tapes for him. My buddy immediately said, that's not me - it's Skip! I just wish that I had the ability back then to somehow tape it or tape that sales meeting. Anyway, sorry for the long-winded rant. Just wanted to say that I love your videos. Thanks for the gut busting laughter that you constantly provide me! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have been a landlord. And in all honesty I would get calls for the stupidest thing such as a knob being loose on the kitchen cabinet a lot of tenets think that they can bother you at any time for the littlest of things. While this guy is just crazy and completely overreacts my dad is the manager at an apartment building of about 400 units and he gets calls all the time on the emergency phone about stupid shit like someone has a lightbulb that is out or their smoke detector ran out of batteries and he doesn't yell at people because of it, but its really annoying to get called about stuff like this when you're trying to eat dinner especially after hours at like 9:00 pm. Keep in mind there is also a team that takes care of this stuff during the day and he's even been called at 2:00 am about stuff like garbage disposals not working.

so umm, umm, this happened like 3 days ago, so i was chillin alone (cause i live alone, shit) and suddenly all the lights went off (only the lights) and shits like that and it only happens to my room, so i called this guy, and he was like alright man ill come over and check it out (it was 9-10pm but it's 24 hours service so well yeah) he brought some pizza with him and he was like, sup dude go grab some if you want while im fixing this, and i was like hell yeah fuck im diggin in, we talks about some stuff and after he finishes repairing some shits (im planning to give him some tips) but he's kinda like "can you give me some money, like $10 or something you ate the pizza , i fixed your cable etc etc" after hearing that i was like.. ooowkaay.. and im also high at that moment so im just like okay hold on lemme grab my money, holy shiits that was weird.

Like how the apartments are numbered and what not so he could drag it out more. He could drive the guy crazier by making him think he’s an actual tenant. But since he’s not giving an apartment number he immediately knows it’s a prank and just treats him as a prankster.
For real, for instance, knowing an apartment number, as well as the tenant's name (gotten via the requester, perhaps). He could use that angle of "oh, I live here, but I'm not on the lease, in has let me stay here for a bit" Stuff like that haha. Or, maybe make it sound as if even the tenant has no idea, because he sneaks in when he's not home (that way the tenant doesn't get in trouble should he actually believe the tenant WAS involved) :P
he had to be careful about what he said because he could potentially get an innocent person into real trouble. despite these limitations he was able to mess with him using his office number and other information to pull it off.

It's great to scam guys like him - but I do worry that as a result of this, it could make him an even more shittier landlord to his tenants? I'm in the UK - and here tenants do have rights, and complain to their local council if they feel their living conditions are unacceptable. Surely there's a legislative organisation in the US where people can go to for help?
Lol, this guy is an exception. In most cases people don't even realize it's a prank. If you do that in the east like in a post-soviet country then the call won't last more than 30 seconds.
