It should have been in the 'most useless mega projects in the world' series - or the most expensive failures. At the time this video was uploaded that was clearly apparent. I supported the original concept back in the 90's but it went bad from the start.

The US support for the ISS has been extended to 2030. There are NO plans to replace it.
