Hi! Good day! Indeed po may mali sa computation sa overtime rate and pay po as I've checked just now. Pagsearch ko kasi last time nung formula for overtime rate and pay last 2 years , yan po nakuha ko. But based on what I've searched now, iba siya coming from DOLE. It says "The Philippine labor laws require employers to pay their employees overtime pay for work performed beyond 8 hours a day with additional 25% of their hourly rate on regular working days and 30% of the hourly rate during rest days, regular, and special holidays."

Therefore, instead sa given formula sa Overtime rate na Salary/no. of hrs overtime, you could change it into [ (Salary/8 hrs) x (1.25 or 1.30) ]. Yung given salary po is based on daily rate not by hour so divide by 8 hrs lang. For Total overtime pay still just multiply the overtime rate to no. of hrs. overtime. Thank you po!
