Very nice, Eddie! Thank you for releasing that big trout. We need to be conservative on the big ones. One day I hope we are able fish together. Great job!
How deep does the saucer get on low tide been wanting to go out there but not sure if my boat will make it out there on lowtide does anyone know how shallow it gets ?
Sorry for the late response. Some areas can get a little less than a foot the further east you go on low tide. Be careful where you stop. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
Port Lavaca/Palacios. Working and a little fishing. Unfortunately I don't have internet service where I am currently staying to upload my videos. Thanks for asking. Be safe and God bless!
My rods are St. Croix Mojo Inshore fast action medium power. However, everyone in a while I will use a Falcon rod that belongs to my son. Don’t like to throw top water with it but i do like it for my plastics. Hopes this help and thanks for watching.
Thanks. Shallow Sport. I got it used. New I believe they are 50+. Not to sure. However, mine is a 15 ft. I believe they don’t make them anymore. I believe now their smallest is an 18ft. If anyone knows for sure leave a comment.
Just saw you comment. I know it is a little late. I have tried but I can’t seem to get the video to come out right. One day, hopefully soon, I will try again. Thanks for watching and God bless!
nice- how do you drift - a: keep going forever b: stay in a confined area and drift a spot... a TPWL biologist told me a large trout is old and worn out and not as productive as a small trout . I have 5 chickens and none of them lay eggs . They stop laying eggs 3 years a go . .
It depends on the situation. An area that I know well, I will drift till I reach a certain spot. Other times I will drift that same area but if the bite shuts down before I have reached my destination I will go back for another drift. Of course there are times when you can make some long drifts and catch consistently. For the most part, if the bite dies down on a drift I will end my drift there and circle back for another drift through the same area.
Loving this channel bro and the faith based views! Keep up the good work! Hope you can come check out my south Texas channel as well. Subbed 👍🏼 Tight lines!

Beautiful trout! I really like the quality of your camera, exactly what kind of go pro do you have? Quality looks great on my tv👍🏼

What type of action do you like on your rods for tapwater?
My rods are St. Croix Mojo Inshore fast action medium power. However, everyone in a while I will use a Falcon rod that belongs to my son. Don’t like to throw top water with it but i do like it for my plastics. Hopes this help and thanks for watching.

Sorry, but I am not a guide. When I do have a chance to take someone out I just ask that they help out with gas.
What area is considered the Saucer in Arroyo City?
