Mr. Nadeem Aurangzeb from kpk whose merit no is 137 nd he secured allocation in PAS . Once, I heard Mr. Umer Rasool DG CSA, that one has to be among top 25_30 in Pakistan to get allocation in top groups like pas nd psp ... So, please make me clear on this matter
Allocation in PAS/PSP depends on provincial quota as well apart from being top on merit. There are different quotas like provincial quota, women quota and minority quota. Competition is the toughest in Punjab so mostly Punjab qualiers have to be in top 30 to be in PAS. For other provinces like KP/Sindh, top 100 may also work.

Yes there is a waiting list. You can be offered appointment if some of the candidates don't accept offer of appointment

If one’s aggregate marks in written exam are below 600, he/she does not qualify for interview
