You cannot do this trek alone, unless you are a seasoned solo trekker. If you want to to low down your budget than I suggest you can hire the local guides/company from Srinagar itself.they will charge less than these trekking organization's.
Ye pura 7 days ka trek h bhai, aapko trekking organization nahi karni toh, local guides and cooks ke sath me bhi book krke Jaa skte ho, jo thoda aur sasta pdega. But akele nahi jaa skte is trek pe.
You can try contacting some local trekking organization, I think they might charge less. You cannot do this trek solo, it's a 7 day long trek and you'll need to have your tent and food supplies everything, which is difficult solo.

Jammu to srinagar through road is not a advisable option since any time landslides occur and Vehicles may be stopped at Qazigund for more than 2 days

Any of the organisations mentioned in the video are good, I personally went with Kashmir great lakes trek, they were good.
There is clear difference between 2 men and 3 men tent they are different and personally I did the trek as well and it is different
