I've had panic attacks before. I know how it feels like 🥺 hope you are doing good. Try meditation, it can help. Listen to songs that you love, and makes you calm down, do things that you love. And focus more on yourself, don't let the others bring you down. It sounds hard at first but you can do it. Don't listen to them, you don't need to prove yourself to anyone. This song is so amazing. I'm honestly a sicker for ballads and this one is just one of the best. The lyrics are something I ant to say to my mother. She's suffered a lot and she can't be at peace with her past. So it has affected her children's as well. This song made me so emotional and I fell some tears actually. I just don't know how my mom would react. Xiaojun 's voice just breaks me.
