Not just the subtitles, but there are also so many easter eggs and references hidden in every scene, you could spend hours analyzing every frame and still not see everything.

Team Fortress 2 (the game that this video is based on) has an absolute TON of these fan animations in various different animation softwares such as Blender (what this video and it's sequel were made in), as well as developer (Valve) endorsed tools such as Source Filmmaker (SFM) and Garry's Mod (GMod). SFM is typically used for more high profile, serious animations, such as the various official animations made for TF2 such as the Meet the Team videos and certain other trailers for the game, as well as the official short "Expiration Date". On the fanmade side, the Fedora Chronicles series by The Winglet is one of my absolute favorites. It's a 6 part animation series with 4 main episodes and 2 "spin-offs" that tie into the main story. Expect me to give you a playlist featuring every episode in the series in chronological order in the discord or something.
