  • Are you finding that your Hemerocallis or Daylilies buds are just turning into a sludgy mess? If you're in the UK and Europe it could well be Hemerocallis Gall Midge. Luckily it is easily tackled with a little perseverance.
    Notes
    Later flowering varieties are less Prone to this Pest.
    Check 1 to 2 times a week
    Gently snap off any bumpy rounded infected buds that are infected and leave the thin smooth banana shaped healthy buds
    Most importantly don't panic!
