Testing backup, restore and system reset with Kemper rack profiler + general confusion

On the video I am creating a full backup of the Kemper, system reset and a system restore with the backup. Also I am investigating an issue which I was having with the DI signal coming from the Direct Out of the Kemper.
Notes!
-The system restore cleared all the configuration data but all the profiles remained in place. So it is not a revert to factory settings.
-DI volume was set to the miminum (not 0 as I said :D) and that caused the signal loss.
-Ohh and yes I am aware that I did not do a thourough comparison of the DI Analog / DI High signal levels :D Will have to get back to it.

Hi, unfortunately i reset mine to factory default and didn't made backup before, is there any way to get my presets back even with a software ?

Hi, did you by any chance save your presets to your computer with rig manager? If not then I don't think you can restore them. :(
