Love this bloke. Do you have any tips for a new u8’s team. We have some great little players. But we can’t get them to defend and attack as a team
Don't force it. It is typical for the age group. The perception is self-centered at the age. Use the time to focus on technique, ball handling, dribbling. If the focus doesn't fit the age group, only both coach and player will be frustrated.
