From the Album Aphrodite - Aphrodite
A VIP of Stalker was made for the Movie 'Human Traffic' and the record shop scene became one of the key moments of the now classic and cult film about the 90s rave scene, also helping to make 'Stalker' a classic D&B track. This is the Album version which was slightly morphed from that VIP and this appeared on the first Aphrodite album released by V2 Records in 2000.

Back in '98 I was stuck on ship in the Mediterranean in the military. I emailed Aphrodite & asked for some stickers. When I did make it back home to the states months later there was a package from him with 4 albums of his. All unreleased at the time & white labels with the titles hand written. The best thing I ever got in the mail!!! Then in '99 I was at the capital ballroom in Washington DC & I met him at the bar & he offered to buy me a drink. Man what blessings!!! Thank you very much Aphrodite!!!!

still one of my favourite tracks ever and remember I bought this on a day trip to Bristol. (I still own so much of your stuff from that period!), I was listening to Def Jammer in the shop already was gonna buy it, thought that was ace, flipped it to the Bside and the first four bars came through the headphones and realised what it was. I remember getting goosebumps. On a B SIDE! Only song in the whole film that wasn't on the soundtrack so had no idea what it was called or who it was by. In fact im gonna dig out some of your other stuff today especially a relatively unknown classic I still love, your remix with MFinn of Espiritu - You really dont get me. My wet winter Thursday has just got so much better. Summer breeze, king of the beats, Usual suspects...too many to even remember the names of them all. I'm having an Aphro day and reliving my youth!

I know it like it was yesterday... I buy this jugnglist vinyl at my local recordstore go home ang get ready for my gig at night whit a few new plates (stalker was in my set) and later in the club the crowd gone crazy af love that memories.....
