I went through a lot of emotional turmoil since third grade. I got bullied a lot and felt suicidal for the last two years or more. In 4th grade and before today I was waiting until December to end my life with hypothermia. Then I heard this song and it made me realize I need to be optimistic. Thank you so much, Micah Tyler!!! If I didn’t hear this song one more time, I would have probably waited until December, sat in the pond at my house, and waited an hour for me to freeze. Thanks to your song, I will ignore the haters and kick my self-harming habits.
Your worth can never come from people. People are by nature selfish and unkind. They see what is on the outside but do not know your heart. God knows your heart. He created you in His image and He calls you His own. You are precious and loved. His Word tells us that you are loved, renewed, forgiven, healed, whole, purposeful, precious, redeemed, delivered, protected, heard, cherished, guarded, and known by Him!! He knows your name, He knows how many hairs are on your head. He created you with a specific and beautiful purpose! No one is worthy or good enough. Jesus Christ died on the cross so that His perfect blood would cover every sin and transgression. Without the precious blood of Jesus, none of us are good enough. It isn't about being good enough. It is about God's grace being sufficient enough! God's grace covers all of our imperfections and gives us purpose. God never gives up on us! He pursues us and continuously pulls at our heart and soul. He will never give up on you! You are loved!

My prayer after losing my dad to a heart attack. I prayer God will move my heart and mind so I don't loose myself to depression. I hate that I saw every second of my dad's death, and I will forever have a void in me. But I love my dad and God greatly. I want to be a good example to my youths and those who follow faithfully behind me.

Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. Doctors cannot heal or cure her, but I know God can and will. Please make this a daily prayer request for her. It is hard, some days, to stay positive and to not worry about her situation. I rely on the love of God and the prayers of others to get me through. God Bless and thank you!
