St Helens are the best of the best mate. There are ten times the number of RL players in Aus than England, so English teams have a huge numerical disadvantage to overcome, and St Helens did it.

it doesnt really prove anything. panthers lost capewell and burton but still got to and won the GF. Storm lost Smith, Cronk and Slater, but still got to within 4 points of a GF in 2021 as well as recorded an equal record winning streak. the best teams in the comp can take losses in stride and keep going. i think panthers are one of those teams.

It's combined as part of Pre-season NRL warm-up matches except this is the World Club match while the others go on.

Great game Penrith. You guys did great without key players like Api, Liam, Dylan, and Kikau against a side that had their full compliment coming off 4 straight championships. The better side on the day won.
