Weak
Sergio Slovak dude calm down it’s just comedy sketch jeez
thank you for explaining, now I don't think it's funny anymore
I don’t remember this episode of Black Mirror?
It's a lost episode
It's kinda like 15 million merits
I still don't know whether to like this... 😁
@@radwanobeidat9851 Exactly. Especially with the judge's good looks and the audience laughing regardless of the contestants' pain.
MANZI / RADWAN. That episode was every level of flicked up ( but it shows the depths a insecure girl will go to TO BE POPULAR *i mean an influencer* 🙄 )
The absurdity of this is so well done - the fact that these people willingly follow the rules of the game despite how awful it is - Bill's character is returning "champion"😂
I laso like that they don't say at any moment any prize for the winner/champion. XD I mean if at least he got paid or something.
You banged my wife. But don't worry, soon I will have. much money, look different and creepier and she will be a cleaning lady who cleans Vanessa Bayer's office, and also SNL
This needs more repeat play
Not so much different than Richard Dawson in real life ruclips.net/video/SucaIGyQDz4/видео.html
Exactly! I’m surprised not one contestant followed his wife and the host backstage to beat the crap out of him. I’m sure that would have been a natural reaction if this gameshow were real.
The game show music is absolutely perfect. Relaxed and lighthearted enough to plausibly pass as intro theme music, but shrill and filled with enough sounds that sound like bird whistles to instantly double as mockery while the contestants slowly realize what’s happening.
It's pretty close to being a soundalike for the Password Plus theme.
@@erikolsen148 Never seen that. I'll look it up. Thanks!
@@erikolsen148 It's essentially the Password Plus theme, lol! Though NBC aired Password Plus back in the day.
I have a theory: being on this show twice traumatized Bill Hader’s character so much he became the host of What’s That Name as a coping mechanism so others would feel his pain.
starkids always coming up with the best theories lol
I'm down for this canon
Genius!!!
This is now cannon in my mind. That is my favorite sketch ever.

“Honey, it’s just a game!”
Really went above and beyond with the realism in this one, wow!
Want to give you a like but that would make it 70...

Love Will, Fred, and Bill's expressions, how excited the women were, and Bradley Cooper's everything. How lively he is, the spring in his step and how he kept saying "Terrrrrific". Also, how Kristen looked after. They all nailed this one - so funny.
Who played the first two wives?
Michaela Watkins and Casey Wilson
@@crybaby-zo9fw Thanks - they did great too!

How can I get on that show!
For real tho it's like he's Austin Powers 2.0
😂
This is like the opposite of the "Meet your second wife" game show with Tina Fey.
i know! that one was funny
In every way. That one was actually funny.
That skit was the first thing I thought about when I watched this. Meet Your Second Wife is one of the best skits of all time. When Taran Killam's 2nd wife comes out and he says "Oh Noooooooo," I'm rolling. Such a brutally true sketch, that one. Tina Fey was one of the best writers of all time.
I loved that one! This one is okay
Wonder if one led to the other.
A thousand hats off to these actors' abilities to emote with their faces alone, especially Fred Armisen.
He had all that Portlandia bangin'.
100% that this sketch came about because the writers realised Will Forte is really good at acting like he's dying inside.
...and now every time I hear the word "terrific" I'm going to think of this and blurt out laughing at what will undoubtedly be an inappropriate situation.
Lol right?
Terrific
💯😂😂😂🍆🐈💥
You have just admitted to being an Incel.
That little “please don’t” was like a cry for help.
Fred went for the Emmy with that performance
I laughed so damn hard
I felt so bad
And the way he yanks his arm free as in "get lost..." 😂
Cry for help. Back in the 90s, there was a guy working at our company who would _cheerfully_ and openly brag about bedding other employee's wives. (The SNL skit reminded me of that.) He was an obnoxious muscle-bound over-tanned creep (more cartoon than man) who seemed to enjoy the bragging as much as being a sex-sportsman. Then one morning we got the news that a very quiet and even-tempered technician in our department had been arrested. He had shot and killed the creep who had been bedding his wife in the tech's own house, and the creep straight to the tech's face bragged about it. After shooting the guy he phoned the police about what he had done, went outside to the front lawn, threw the gun to the ground, then sat down and waited for the police. Another way to "cry for help" I guess. (BTW: Some of the employees at our company rec center put a memorial up on a wall for the creep. They didn't know him as well as the rest of us did, and we made it known; down came the memorial. What a creep.)
"Don't call it a comeback" 🤣 I love Bradley Cooper
You could just imagine one of the wives telling her husband, "Baby...don't worry about us. This show will only make our relationship stronger!" 😂
You know Will Forte actually did a really good acting job there with the subtle expression changes.
hmmm... they'll be right back, i'm sure. why aren't they back yet? it's starting to teeter. this is taking too long. where are they? ok, now i'm starting to get mad. c'mon, baby, if you come back right now i won't be mad. c'mon, baby. where are you? if they don't come back riiiiiiiight now, i'm gonna be mad. ok, now i'm officially mad! now i'm mad. you wanna see mad? this is me mad
Kryptonite it was not a minute,

The only part of this sketch that worked, for sure.
Will's the man.
When armisen grabs at Bradley cooper
“Please don’t”. Hilarious
When I read your comment I laugh like crazy. Excellent job Cyle you’re a terrific writer..
I think you mean Turrrific

Having a returning champion is crazy. 😂
Great skit with all my faves: Bradley, Will, Fred, and Bill were all hilarious with their different reactions.
"Returning champion" lmao!!
The look on his face 🙁 priceless 🤣🤣
"Why did I come back here?"
The seething hatred and disgust on his face is what did it for me lmaoo

What's so interesting about this, was that the crowd really wasn't laughing much, almost like laughing because the felt they were supposed to, but not really feeling it. It was such a dark, uncomfortable sketch, and so well done. There was definitely some deeper meaning to the skit, and I think there were definitely people in the crowd that it resonated with and they related to.
Yeah, it bugs me that they didn't laugh at Bill Hader's first line, which was one of the better ones.
A lot of the most memorable skits didn't necessarily get huge laughs.
I think some of these audience members may have previously "played" without their consent and little or no parting gifts.

I can't believe they didn't have that one guy who's into this.
Thats what I thought was gonna happen, the Florida guy would be into it. But it still went in a funny direction.
And then have him lose badly.

Tell the show host he can't have sex with his wife cause they are not together anymore. I don't think he knew himself what to expect, I guess.

I expected his mom to be there

One of the funniest sketches I've ever seen and the audience is basically asleep. I don't understand why SNL's best sketches have the worst audience reactions
