I was brought up in Rothesay, Bute. The aerial/drone photography in the first 15 seconds of this video is NOT Rothesay or any other settlement on Bute and in fact looks to me to be more like Tarbert in Argyll.

He wasnt among the twenty richest Britidh aristocrats let alone in the world. Precise information exists.
