I have one question..... After getting the succession certificate in respect of an amount which had no nominee in bank , if I go to bank for claiming the amount, can the bank demand guaranter ? Can any bank claim to show them guaranter for that money further?? If bank demand guranter then what to do we???
If any body have multiple bank account with in SBI but with different branch then the survivor need to go different branch to withdraw money or one form is enough for multiple account plz reply to this question
