This stores in comparable to Lidle, Aldi these are new medium size German store entry into the UK retail one stop grocery stores. The first Lidl GB store opened its doors in 1994 and 29 years later, Lidl have more than 960 stores and 14 regional distribution centres across Britain, employing over 31,000 people.
Whilst Aldi have over 1000 stores in UK, note these are medium size stores in UK own by Germans.
Then there is the behemoths like Tesco, Sainsbury, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose. Tesco has 2866 store and 23 distribution centres are its warehouses where its supplies to 2866 of its stores,
Sainsbury have 1409 stores of 814 is convenience store and 33 regional distribution centres are its warehouses that supplies its store, an employs 175,000 peoples across the UK.
Morrisons have 497 stores across the UK and operate 8 regional distribution centres and employs 110,000 people.
Asda in other hand have 829 stores, operate 42 distribution centres across UK to supplies its stores and employs 145000 people.
Waitrose cater for the rich in UK therefore their product is expensive, the store has 3 distribution centres that supplies its 329 stores and employs 52590 people.
I believe Roban is a one man show in Enugu state can Roban become a behemoth in Nigeria and Southeast, Yes it can, if only Nigerian banks of Southeast extraction can provide favorable interest rate loans to be the behemoths like these stores in UK. Morrisons, Sainsbury, Tesco was an example of family own groceries store at inception then divested its shares, some where sold to institutional investors and individuals in stock market, the UK banks and government played critical roles in making these stores the behemoth it is today. Tax breaks and easy planning permissions for land development were made easily available for the retail grocery to grow. Roban whoever takes over when the main owner retires should grow the business from 8 stores to more than 200 stores dotted in around the South Eastern states include the so called southsouth, the key is having massive footprints in Eastern region and Delta state to Edo, conquer the home front and move to the West. If you do well in the Southeast. The West and Middle belt, North will look for you. Cos retailers are largest employers of labour The outlays of yourself is no difference from the stores I see here in UK. Pick a brand colour that is easy recognisable anywhere ones see the employee or delivery vehicles knows this is Roban. Well done keep up the good work. In UK the retailer groceries are the largest employer of labour, most of those who are employed work behind the shop floors, regional distribution centres are its Warehouses are where majority of the works are done. Shop front do have employees but its the warehouses where the bulk of work is done holds the largest workforce. Once again keep up the good work.

Are all the products imported? Do they sell made-in-Nigeria products? The store might not last, if the products aare imported.

@@ebubeemmanuel6231 Why did foreign supermarkets like Shoprite and game discounted stores leave Nigeria, was it not because they depend on foreign goods, and hard for them to get foreign currencies to import goods? So, any stores that depend on importation might not make it.
