It’s crazy that we’re creating so many chances and the forwards can’t put them away. What’s even CRAZIER is that somehow Ten Hag is getting criticized by our own online “fans” for the forwards failing to put away clear cut, quality chances.
I must be the only one who enjoyed the game last night. Yes the result was disappointing but for most of the game we bossed it. Rashford and Amad were playing well and we were close to scoring several times. If Bruno’s chance had gone in and we’d kept them out then it would be a completely different description to the game. Back the manager and keep the faith.
Ineos did their strategic review, checked out other managers and decided on Ten Hag. Regardless of his previous 2 seasons, this season has to be viewed by them as a blank slate, day one, starting out a project with the new structure, and therefore they have to give him time. Otherwise get ready for another 20 years of the same repeating cycle of shite we had from the Glazers until the next owners come in
You’ve forgotten McTominay, Fred, Martial, AWB, VDB, De Gea, Henderson, Varane, Lindelof, Casemiro… none of them played last night. It’s poor coaching and lack of energy from manager on the sideline, who stands there with the energy and passion of a 5,000 year old Egyptian statue.

Gutted I missed the live, Hello Jay, it’s simple enough the players didn’t play 2nd half, how was their player allowed to simply run from the half line without anyone stopping him??? Also when he got to Onana he didn’t come out and make the goal/angles smaller he just seemed to be frozen on the line?? So yes it’s on EtH and the players 50/50 imo. UTR&UTFP
If Eriksen passed the ball back to Onana, we win last night. We'd be 4 clean sheets in a row and we'd say we were the better team, controlled the game, but need to be more clinical
If Onana covered his near post, we also win. The problem is there’s too many of this little mistakes that haven’t been corrected in what is now the 3rd season of ETHs reign
We looked really fatigued out there. Anyone else notice that? He’s trying to rotate, despite the inevitable drop off, but we really do need more depth and more quality in that depth. We need another playmaker, because Bruno is playing dead on his feet.
I think this is probably the best we’ve played under Ten Hag (not this game particularly, this season) but we’re just not getting the results. Last night we weren’t great but had we not handed them the goal we probably would’ve won.
Its not ETH that made Eriksen not pass to Onana; if he hadnt done that the result would be 1-0 and it was not ETH that made players chose to play the ball away or make shit judgements in crucial areas of Play. I think ETH gets too much shit. Had Eriksen used his brain we would say the points is what would matter. I think we as fans need to see the bigger picture here. That being said; going forward every game is a win which has been the case since Liverpool smashed man utd at old trafford
That's the problem with 1-0 scorelines. The other team might score!!! No, ten hag didn't give the ball away. But he does manage the team and the team is struggling to score.
You're missing the point. They should have been able to score more than just one measly goal and the team just don't look like doing that against half decent disciplined opposition. That's on Eric.
@@AlbertEinstein-mp3mbbro we’ve never been a high scoring team under ten hag. We are shit. The manager is mainly responsible for the team’s performance

We need some calmness because we the fans we freak out and it affects the players, you can always feel that Manchester United players have heavy weight on their shoulders no one can perform in this environment.
Back 3 with Dalot floating is going to kill us in the league. Maguire can’t play in a back 3 period. We need to make the pitch narrow when defending. Eriksen should play advanced with Mainoo and Ugarte deep lying.
Times up! How many times can you say no excuses before a match and then make excuses after? It’s at the point now where every week we don’t sack him is a wasted week for our next manager to get stuck in to fixing this team! We are far far worse statistically now than under Ole!!! So why are we sticking with him?
Just gonna say if we Win the Europa League and finish 5th and above im happy. Not getting swept away with this drama. I promise you guys we'll be fine.
See when you have to ask the "last chance" question? It's already past the point. Guys done lads. Doubt many are more disappointed than me but ultimately it's just not good enough. There is too much weighing against him. Spurs do a job on us at O.T this weekend and I'll be stunned if the board don't act.
Let's get real. Ten Hag is building a team and a way of playing. Last nights match was a practice match. 3 points v Spurs is way more important. But you guys can't keep banging on about every match being do or die for the manager. You all need to shut up. It's only September ffs!
EtH talks and analyzes more than coaches. Since he joined United, he is trying to convince fans through press conferences instead of reflecting his coaching skills at the pitch.
The RUclips reds threw Ole under the bus when he’d got us from 3rd to 2nd, you guys wouldn’t back him although he’d performed far better than Erik?? This let’s just back any guy is just plan crazy. back a guy where you can see a plan, see progression & feel like we as a club are going somewhere.. Erik has to go!
More importantly the board have backed EtH, he has zero players in the team he didn’t want (Bruno and Rash got new contracts and he continues to play them), so what are we really waiting for right now?
@@JC10..so do the dire RUclips content creators who championed ETH all summer as he won the FA Cup. Should have went after that Liverpool performance, that was 100% not acceptable and he deserved to go then. And… Is it Ten Hag’s fault if the shots don’t go in? Or if Dean Henderson has an inspired game? Rashford is getting his form back. Let Bruno get his too and then see the results. Sacking the manager will just put us back 2 years!
Firstly I want to say can you all please stop saying “ETH is in his 3rd year “ technically you are correct but the reality is this is the first year of a new project , new structure, new players etc . They’ve scored 501 goals in 231 games so far. 71% win rate. This is the guy IMO.

It’s crazy that we’re creating so many chances and the forwards can’t put them away. What’s even CRAZIER is that somehow Ten Hag is getting criticized by our own online “fans” for the forwards failing to put away clear cut, quality chances.
he was the guy that decided to blow 70M on Hojlund
I must be the only one who enjoyed the game last night. Yes the result was disappointing but for most of the game we bossed it.
Rashford and Amad were playing well and we were close to scoring several times. If Bruno’s chance had gone in and we’d kept them out then it would be a completely different description to the game.
Back the manager and keep the faith.
Can Adam Mckola do another prayer? This time for the whole team!
Honestly Eddie Howe would be a great manager for us
Why would he lower his standards coming to utd 😂
Ineos did their strategic review, checked out other managers and decided on Ten Hag. Regardless of his previous 2 seasons, this season has to be viewed by them as a blank slate, day one, starting out a project with the new structure, and therefore they have to give him time. Otherwise get ready for another 20 years of the same repeating cycle of shite we had from the Glazers until the next owners come in
Ronaldo Brown, he'll steal ya bird and then ya custard creams. Get him on crimwatch.
Sancho is the problem. Oh, I forgot, it was Ronaldo
Nah it was Pogba because it sure shot can’t the the guy who has stared every single game
Playing football on 1st gear is mentality breaking for Man United!
Start Zirkzee banch Bruno play Casa.
Its Ten Hag’s last season. The writing is on the wall.. just out of his depth.
The writing is very clear but Erik can't see it
How is he at fault for Eriksen giving the ball away
@@chikku807because you don’t need to pass an IQ test to comment on RUclips. These are pathetic, entitled, emotional people that collectively lead sad existences only made better when they see people suffer and get sacked.
He was out of his depth before he came to United. Ajax's collapse against Tottenham in the Champions League semi final showed how poor his tactics are and he was never good enough to be United manager
So Punish the Players who lacked Desire + Passion!
Call names
Who are these players
That would have just papered over the cracks. There’s fundamental flaws in this team and the manager seems unable to resolve it.
IF my gran had wheels she'd be a bike!
@@Eddie_theEagle yeh, he should have done better
@@Kayyouen what are the flaws?
We looked really fatigued out there. Anyone else notice that? He’s trying to rotate, despite the inevitable drop off, but we really do need more depth and more quality in that depth. We need another playmaker, because Bruno is playing dead on his feet.
I think this is probably the best we’ve played under Ten Hag (not this game particularly, this season) but we’re just not getting the results. Last night we weren’t great but had we not handed them the goal we probably would’ve won.
He's about as inspiring and charismatic as a bucket of sick
Would be nice if our captain can turn up this season. Rather have Zirkzee as number 10 as he can clearly link up play in the final third.
It's the fan's fault for pressuring the team to sell their goals to France and Italy this summer.
@maxwellgonzalez4763 completely agree. He's just not good enough.
I think The decision making in the final third is poor. We have new coaches, so people saying we need a change. We do have a change. Let's hope it takes shape in the next couple of games.
We need some calmness because we the fans we freak out and it affects the players, you can always feel that Manchester United players have heavy weight on their shoulders no one can perform in this environment.
Almost had 4 clean sheets in a row. That is a huge positive. Just can’t score
With the squad we have on paper we should almost have the europa league under our ams, but we struggle with fctwente
Bruno and Rashford have one thing in common... a fat new contract. Once they get one... their performance goes to the crapper.
They stand a better than fair chance of dropping their next three. Could be the road out during the international brek.
Back 3 with Dalot floating is going to kill us in the league. Maguire can’t play in a back 3 period. We need to make the pitch narrow when defending. Eriksen should play advanced with Mainoo and Ugarte deep lying.
Nice to see some realism from Jay, whilst Joe praises EtH for getting the team to make 5 1-yard passes.
The player who scored for 20 picked the ball up at the side of his box & gets 20 yards into our half before anybody decided to tackle him
Times up! How many times can you say no excuses before a match and then make excuses after?
It’s at the point now where every week we don’t sack him is a wasted week for our next manager to get stuck in to fixing this team! We are far far worse statistically now than under Ole!!! So why are we sticking with him?
That's why they were complacent. They played for 1-0 again
Yes this game wasnt as good as Palace but that was a 9/10. And wr can’t expect that every week either. If it did turn we would be in the title race
Whats odds for Sunday now 🤔 I'm not looking forward to it we'll waste chances and openings miss to many goalscoring chances and concede from a mistake
Old Trafford has become the twelfth man............for the opponents!!!
International club football is just different
EtH talks and analyzes more than coaches. Since he joined United, he is trying to convince fans through press conferences instead of reflecting his coaching skills at the pitch.
The RUclips reds threw Ole under the bus when he’d got us from 3rd to 2nd, you guys wouldn’t back him although he’d performed far better than Erik?? This let’s just back any guy is just plan crazy. back a guy where you can see a plan, see progression & feel like we as a club are going somewhere.. Erik has to go!
Fan base deserves everything it gets
More importantly the board have backed EtH, he has zero players in the team he didn’t want (Bruno and Rash got new contracts and he continues to play them), so what are we really waiting for right now?
@@JC10..so do the dire RUclips content creators who championed ETH all summer as he won the FA Cup. Should have went after that Liverpool performance, that was 100% not acceptable and he deserved to go then. Now club need to stick with him after backing him, the team are actually improving, just not taking their chances. Put Shaw and Rasmus in that team and we’re going to do very well.
He was not 2nd when we lost to Liverpool and Watford badly.
@@paulb1951Including the bum and crazy Stretford End team. What a shame!!
we seen progresion at the club, but tactics and strategies are lacklustre.
And…
Is it Ten Hag’s fault if the shots don’t go in? Or if Dean Henderson has an inspired game?
Rashford is getting his form back. Let Bruno get his too and then see the results.
Sacking the manager will just put us back 2 years!
The football feels and looks like its played at a pedestrians pace.
Just win at Tottenham and the pressure subsides 😂
Just win.
It wont be long before our top players do 1.....i cant see bruno , garnacho or martinez staying if big trophy winning clubs come in for them
I don't see enough goals in this squad. Goal a game is the norm
You all begged for another year of Hag-Ball and that's what you're getting - this is what you demanded
You can't play Bruno and Ericsson In the same team .
It was eriksen fault not ten haag
GO GET DE ZERBI!!!
Every Jay smack of the lips sounds like hundreds of clappers going off.
He'll be gone in a few months if this carries on
Bruno is our ozil
Firstly I want to say can you all please stop saying “ETH is in his 3rd year “ technically you are correct but the reality is this is the first year of a new project , new structure, new players etc . Secondly we are top of missing good chances (fact ) , the manager cannot make players score . Thirdly , we have a young team and is built for the future not just 1 year . The agenda is Sack ETH and the narrative is there every where but let’s give the Manager Time and stop listening to all the other garbage out there . Yes we should have beated Brighton, Palace , and Twenie but I know we don’t . We are creating so many chances in every game which is really important. Once the players start putting them away we will be fine . Patience is needed .
When your winning 1 nil at home to FC Twente with 25 minutes to go....... You put on our besst attacker and ask him to defend (as heard on TNT commentry) WTF....... he is trying to win 1-0 every game and thats a huge risk IMO.
How the hell did he get a +90 goal season with Ajax with this type of scared football
@@koifishjohnny it was Ajax in the Dutch league and they didn't play this type of football. Ten hag has changed tactics in each of his 3 seasons but we get the same problem of a lack of goals. Might be time to change the manager.jes used up every excuse in my opinion.
@@MajorMumwett I know what you mean mate, but he should have stuck to some of his principles of success IMO, this style is super risky and yeilds nothing to defend a 1-0 advantage to a (no offense) inferior opponent is bonkers. At least Jose would do this at 2-0. The risk by ETG re crazy compare to reward i.e striker RB & LB, defending 1-0 advantage, advising deep defending to attackers, letting Bruno wonder whenever and wherever he likes, playing players out of position. DENYING we ave a problem and contantly finding excuses for a pity party.
Im not ten hag out but things have too change
City are interviewing other managers jay, pep ain't taking charge in national league
Erik needs to be moved on. I’m a moderate and don’t demand managers get sacked but this feels unsalvageable now. We need to try and get something out of this season
We miss too many chances then get punished
Wasting 60 mill on mount ,should have saved it amd gone for kane
Kane wasnt coming.
At best we are the 6-8th best team in our league to think we are better than that is not realistic.
We can't win against the top 6/7 and we cannot win against the lower level teams....
Ive backed Ten Haag so far but im finally sick of it now. United are crap game in, game out. We are literally and figuratively a mid table team. And im really sick of hearing him, he just talks cr@p. I think ge goes soon but who replaces him i have no idea.
Then stop watching
It's just a game dude.
Then go cheer for a winner like all the other plastic fans. Maybe find one that won a trophy last year...oh wait...
Amorim is on fire again with Sporting this season. 6 wins from 6 matches played. Start speaking to him for next season..
Fuck project managers 🤣 just get a elite manager in
There was talk here about a year ago, Amorim wasn't interested. In fairness you can't blame him.
He’s also got Sporting to not conceded a goal in the last 5 matches as well. Took over Sporting in 2020 and in his first full season, Sporting win their first league title in 10 years and since being the coach has promoted several academy players to the first team. They’ve scored 501 goals in 231 games so far. 71% win rate. This is the guy IMO.
@@Eddie_theEagle there’s literally no one available that I can think of except Zidane, but I’d go all out for Amorim over him..
@@Silures11 Has to be Amorim but I would take DeZerbi and I would take Naglesmann but Amorim should be first choice I think
I've think we need too stop this 4-2-3-1 midfields getting ran through, we need to go 4-3-3 the like of ugarte sit in front of the back 4 stop the extra midfielder with Dalot we don't have a left hand side if that happens. there seems to be a 3 year bogey with managers, i would like to see Ten Hag have a bit of balls call the players out for the embarrassment because at the end of the day its his job and rep that gets tarnished
Really., the last chance? Or are we going to keep saying this every game , then we give him another chance and another and more
Whats makes you think utd will beat Spurs after that display last night the man is a complete wally he doesn't seem to have clue just look at his team selection changes every game the team is not a team ? Just individual players playing their own game his in game management is hilarious this team will be lucky to finish in the ten we haven't played anybody in top yet apart from Liverpool who thrased them the rest we sruggled only one down with manager
If they get rid of eth he takes rude and rene with him, there a 2 year plan we need to stick with him
Rude! 😂
We will 100% lose to Spurs. We can’t score goals. We’re awful. Manager has to go asap.
EtH over achieved in his first season, hampered in his second season and underachieving in his third season. That's just not a good sign.
We're just not scoring. Aside from that its been good, if we don't take our chances Teams will punish us and thats whats happening. We literally have one of the greatest goalscores in the game in our coaching setup in RVN. Id like to think he's having a word
You say its obvious winning matches ???? but unfortunately HES NOT WINNING MATCHES
I don’t understand why Erik ten does this ; when the fans wanted rashford dropped he kept him on when the fans want rashford to stay on cuz he looks promising he takes him off ?????
It doesn't matter what fans think, he's the manager.
@@senorchaos21fan opinion is a reflection of the players form what I’m saying is rashford in good form
