Thanks for the help! my phone is back up and running. Kinda weird because I make sure to reset my phone at least every other day. My phone was stuck on the black screen and the only thing that would pop up is the side menu, but even when I selected an app nothing would happen. I would even try to power off & restart and would double click like normal but it wouldn't. I was able to receive phone calls and the camera worked (not photo app) but nothing else. Thanks again for this video, my phone is back and operational!
