if the cell value is 12311212224 then
we can count unique value using this formula -
COUNT(VALUE(UNIQUE(MID("cell reference",SEQUENCE(LEN("cell reference"),1,1,1),1))))
we can count duplicate value using this formula
=LEN("cell reference")-COUNT(VALUE(UNIQUE(MID("cell reference",SEQUENCE(LEN("cell reference"),1,1,1),1))))
