All sold today, because the insider or the company has sold a lot recently. The earnings will disappoint people. Also the company strategy is too much pro-US, which limited its geographic expansion and ignored many opportunities in developing with other countries. Also the CEO is condservative. The company is more like government owned agency but not a independent company
