I only use the Eckeridge Sausage too. I hate the skin on the sausage so I always get the skinless sausage. The Eckeridge is the only brand that I can find in the skinless. I buy the 14 oz package and it is perfect for the 2 of us. I cut it into 4 pieces and it is perfect for us for 2 meals from one package if sausage
Same here only buy Eckeridge Skinless Sausage, there are two per pack and only cook one link at time, perfect amount for two. Only but Eckeridge Hot Dogs, unfortunately can’t find their cold cuts in Kentucky. Miss the honey loaf, not sour if they still make it.

What temperature was the oven for the pork chop sheet pan dinner? Would this work with potatoes that weren't precooked and frozen?

2-3 minutes for diced and 3-5 minutes for larger cuts.
