This is a real danger ! I used to live in Boston, Massachusetts and many places no longer operate late into the night. The only places that are open are clubs and hotels. Even parking garages refused to let me in to get warm. My phone was dead and no one had a phone charger so I was forced to stay outside the metro station as it began to snow. Miraculously, I was able to use my laptop to contact my mother for help and she was able to track me down based on the buildings around me and call me an Uber. I hate to say it but some major cities in the North are reluctant to let brown people into buildings to get warm. They either think that we’re homeless or crazy. If you’re ever in this situation don’t ever go to sleep and keep walking to stay alive ! After a certain period of time you’ll get sleepy and then freeze to death. I’m so sorry that he died like that. It should not have happened. Hopefully they’ll enact some legislation to stop this from happening.

This was the nightclub's fault how? In the US there is a law where an establishment must refuse service to anyone already visibly intoxicated. The same rules apply to someone already visibly intoxicated as to someone under the age of 21. If the club was carding at the door they will not let someone already drunk in because alcohol is being served freely "meaning with out ID checks" inside so bar customer traffic moves at a faster pace. If he was that drunk where he went and froze to death instead of going home or the motel, this is not the nightclub's fault. They were only following the law and protecting themselves from liabilities.

It doesn’t sound like the friends reported he was in imminent danger. Also, his friend knew When he wasn’t allowed in the club, his friends should have gone with him knowing he was intoxicated. While i was in college, my roommate got totally drunk at a club. I made sure I protect her. Got her home and when we got inside of the door to our home, she fell asleep right there. I got a blanket and covered her to keep her warm because I couldn’t carry her to her bed. However, I checked on my roommate throughout the night. That’s how good friends treat each other.

Club refused entry to an intoxicated Indian but not to his friends and eventually he died as a result. How's the title wrong where as nobody knows why the club denied him aceess but not the others?

What ? In Windy City, how did a 18 yr reach a night club? They took him when he was underage. Did not drive him back. Ditched by his buddies. Selfish kids.

Very sad to hear about his death. I pray for his divine soul to rest in eternal peace 🪔💐🙏🏽. But why did his so called friends enter the club when he couldn’t get in? How was he drunk before entering the club ? Too many questions 😢
