He has found his conditioning and is maturing into his body, and when you add his shape into the mix it equals a package that is “nearly” unbeatable.

Dominating win for Keone. Shaun definitely downsized especially in the leg's. Angel kinda blocky and if Kerrith had a much better detail in his backside he would be fighting for the title, just lacks condition from behind. Appreciate you bro💪💯

I was not 100 percent sold on Keone for last year because even though he has a great shape to his frame, he was not as conditioned and even looked a bit "soft" in the front shots. But that seems to have changed since then. Everything looks improved for the better. His muscle definition and separation looks like it's finally starting to get that "matured" look. Shaun looks downsized from last year and I think he lost a little too much mass in the wheels. At least his midsection isn't as distended. He still looks better than Kerrith and Angel so I have him in 2nd place and Keone in 1st place.
I think front double biceps a lot closer between keon and Sean then you make it. I saw a set of all the pictures from NHD from free judging and Sean is much harder than keon. When you go to front lat spread the pretty comes out on keon. Keon is everything Derek lunsford will never be. Keon's legs have been striated for weeks but you don't see him on stage right now. He probably will be Fuller and more striated at the finals. I think Sean looks perfect for prejudging he's ripped he's dry as a bone and that's all he can do and I like his look

Hey fella. Can I get your views on this. I know Keone impressed and he is black but don't all these dark colours in the background put the black guys at a disadvantage? I'm concerned that given how much more competitive the Open will be that it will screw over Andrew and Sampson.
Ya know the backdrop is a constant point of contention at the Olympia, and a lot of pro shows. I think all things considered, this one was not the worst I've seen. Not the best, but not the worst. And given the fact that the top 4 lineup was 3 black guys and Angel, and Angel didn't seem to gain any particular advantage, I think it was equal here. As for the open, their backdrop will be different, I believe..so we'll see. Drop back in on my live stream and we can chat about it!

I get mistaken for being 10 years younger on a semi regular basis. Not sure if diving has anything to do with it!

Angel looks strange from the front.He won the side chest though,and his back was great.

Clarida seem to be very flat
