This is a collaboration, and Coldplay’s album. Of course the main artist is going to have more lines and BTS mixed altogether. Jimin, Jin, and RM barely had lines, but you can hear them harmonizing blending their voices altogether to let it flow easily. If you don’t know this, They work with each other to see who can sing the lines and how it will flow to make it sound nice. They have said in the past that they sing parts of the song and see who sings it better and see how their voices, again, flow throughout the song. They know what they are doing, they work together, they have been all this time so just please don’t make a giant deal or hate on Coldplay
I feel like a lot of you need to read this: This is ultimately Cold play's song so yes; Chris is going to get the most parts. It's very hard to give fair lines between 8 different people on a 4-minute song. I was just about to comment about this. I get that ARMY are feeling bad coz they want to hear BTS' members voices. But ultimately, BTS only featured on the song. Its really difficult to give all 7 of them equal lines. Just as you said it's for a low register voice, that is why jin and jimin are the ones who didn't get the lines, coz their voice are high pitch. I also understand that he's the main vocalist and they probably discussed it thoroughly before they decided on the line distribution. I love this song so much especially the chorus and jungkooks part. I would like to mention the vocals of the BTS members. From what I've heard, I like Jungkook's vocals the most among all generations. No matter how many bands I have listened to Jungkook's voice is the most in my heart. sweet voice all the time to be in any song because The sound doesn't come off at all. I see everyone is upset about line distribution, especially for Jimin and Jin, but look at how many people you have singing in a song less than four minutes. Also, maybe Jimin and Jin were more comfortable harmonizing than singing their own parts in what could have possibly been English. AND seeing as this is Coldplay's song, I can see how it is fair Chris would take much of the line distribution, thus leaving SEVEN other people to account for--then it can get a little overwhelming deciding who sings what and who is comfortable singing certain parts. I honestly love the harmonizing Jin and Jimin did, and even RM's one line was so impactful. His line with Jimin harmonizing is my honest to God favorite. So while some may be a little disappointed with the line distribution, let's not forget the bigger picture of knowing we have yet ANOTHER hit song with the boys to jam to with PTD and Queen Butter! 😊 And a huge thank you to Coldplay for featuring BTS!

I see everyone is upset about line distribution, especially for Jimin and Jin, but look at how many people you have singing in a song less than four minutes. Also, maybe Jimin and Jin were more comfortable harmonizing than singing their own parts in what could have possibly been English. AND seeing as this is Coldplay's song, I can see how it is fair Chris would take much of the line distribution, thus leaving SEVEN other people to account for--then it can get a little overwhelming deciding who sings what and who is comfortable singing certain parts. I honestly love the harmonizing Jin and Jimin did, and even RM's one line was so impactful. His line with Jimin harmonizing is my honest to God favorite. So while some may be a little disappointed with the line distribution, let's not forget the bigger picture of knowing we have yet ANOTHER hit song with the boys to jam to with PTD and Queen Butter! 😊 And a huge thank you to Coldplay for featuring BTS!
