Been going to Blackpool since I was a child, I know it's a bit rough and ready in places, but I still enjoy going, usually about 3 or 4 times a year with my daughter. We're only an hour and twenty away by train, so It's a nice little get-away.. Great to see you there doing a video Neil 😁
Blackpool might not be in the best of health as a resort but there is something about the place. We love it. We've not been this year, but we usually stay at the North end. Last time we stayed at The Imperial which is a grand old hotel. Chris Higgit is a character 😂.
Been visiting blackpool for 50 plus years and im sorry it is becoming a s*** hole, used to be great on back streets ,now its looking like beirut . As for pleasure beach its a rip off , £40+ and if youre like me and mrs ,just taking grandkids but dont go on anything its a no no , half the rides arent working and they shut some rides down at 4pm. Its just become a place for drunken stag and hen parties ,dead in week .
