34:25 Belveth has 2 stat shards in addition to the Darksteel talons item. I believe thats where her armor is coming from. Belveth ult only grants an increase in max HP, AS, Attack range and true damage on-hit as a passive.
I have had that before, and yes, it works. You deal more than double the damage and basically can oneshot anyone as long as the item is fully stacked. Kind of annoying thing though is that it doesnt increase the visual indicator around enemy champs and their hp bars telling you wether your ult will kill or not. But shit is funny as fuck xD
"Pro" tip for Cho, use your W to block their spell s for a few sec, not for dmg, try to predict them, it works perfectly when you play vs champion s that work on dashes, like gragas E etc

She must have rolled a 200% double stat shard with max rolls on both armor and MR

Sett does NOT give Cho stacks. It never has. Ioki and Heiz also make this mistake. Sett does not die, so no Cho stack unfortunately
