As a child in the 60's, I spent the summer of 1968 in Digby. My father studied at Dalhousie and conducted some sociological research and interviewed people living in the surrounding areas. My mother would drive us down from Halifax to spend every weekend. We later left Nova Scotia and I have been living 'away' for over five decades, overseas, but always remember and miss the special atmosphere of the place.
