I own and love this machine but there is no 'angle on the bench'. Even with the feet up, the bottom plate isn't perfectly level so eggs etc. will sometimes run towards the front. I just use a thin plastic chopping board under the front feet to further raise them to make the plate level. Not the end of the world but a little design flaw that could be addressed in future versions. I also think that the height adjustable mechanism could be adjusted to make sure that the top plate can stay parallel to the bottom plate to ensure even cooking and to make sure that you don't touch the top of the eggs at the back of the machine when cooking from the top (as seen in this video). Otherwise, great job and keep up the good work!
Hello is it possible to replace the bottom plate?? Mine is an older model and is not flat. It has ridges. I love the grill but I wish it had flat bottom plate
Always crack your eggs on a flat surface, not on an edge. When you crack them on an edge, you risk pushing eggshell into the egg.
