The difference is that the creators felt there was only but so long you could keep these characters in their situation, so they wrapped up their stories. Whereas cancellations would have been totally rushed and cut short w more stuff left to say. Granted b99 still has s8 to complete, but that's the end of the show bc everyone involved felt it was best creatively.

Really missed out on the scene where Sandra rubs her pointer finger from one hand against her other hand in a closed fist indicating a sexual gesture when she catches Jonah and Amy together in the backroom. I laughed so hard watching that scene the first time.
It's so cool how they gave Sandra a complete new personality within one or two episodes. In one episode (2x11) everybody hated her because she found the guy who lost the money and cost them the nice break room and nobody cared about her birthday, and in the next episode (2x12) she gained the attention of all the staff with the rumour that she was dating Jeff. To do everything better, in the very next episode (2x13) Jerry was introduced.
Sandras face as she says she prints out Amy’s best SM posts “and put them up on a board”...is how much joy I want to feel about anything! It’s just perfect! Love her!
