    If you can find a blacksmith, they can straighten the end or change the angle, then heat treat it again.

    Using that triple clamp like that scares me. Hopefully it’s a forging, and not a cast piece. I don’t think it’s designed to be loaded torsionally as it will be with that spring.

    That monoleaf isn't gonna be useful. You're gonna need to add more to the pack, and possibly cut it in half. I built a leaf springer for a mini trike with a 4 leaf pack, and it's cut in half...... it's JUST right. With the weight you're gonna be running your gonna bottom it out completely.

      I think your right, I’ll see how bad it is and add leafs accordingly, originally I was worried about it being too stiff, not something I usually have to worry about lol. Thanks for the help brotha!
