Dear , Modi sir......According to me NRI people are Contributing to the Inflation of Real Estate....The NRI people earn 4 times more salary when compared to salary in India. And all the money they save will be invested in Indian land and House purchase......And this Purchase will be done in Market price which will be a huge loss in TAX money to Govt.....And the Middle class people living and Earning in India will not be able to Compete with these prices which has been Inflated by NRI people...So lot of Middle class people of India will only dreaming to own the House and thier dreams will never come true..
So please stop appeasement of NRI . They left India due to thier own selfish needs ...Then why we should appease them .....

@@rsnprasanna235 , What they convert to US dollars to rupees and foreign exchange money is just negligible ....If you have any profit numbers from foreign exchange, please provide me ....You said the Indian rich are buying land its True but when you compare Indian rich and NRI land purchase the NRI people land purchase is More , Majority number of people who work in abroad are Either IT or Doctors or Engineers....and these jobs in abroad get the highest salary ....and all they save is converted to Rupees ...
And assume a 80 x 100 site has the Govt value of 10 lacs but Market value will be 1 Crore......So they purchase at market value of 1 Crore and create more competition and Inflation of Realestate price ......And what way they are Contributing to Indaia apart from your foreign exchange ....???
