My company giving me wrong payslip computation every month. They always pay me less because a lot of missing hours. When i asked them to correct my payslip the one doing our payslip get angry because she telling thats the system and she is just following it. They doesnt want to pay the missing hour. And ask you a lot of proof to prove that i have unpaid hours which there's already the punch clock and the roster where we are basing our work hours. It is so unfair. But we dont know how to fix this. If we ask for help to concern government agency the sanction is to fire us too at work. And we know that its hard and expensive to start new job. Any suggestions?
Ganda, i think u missed something, bonus is given on a quarterly basis so it's from March, June, September and December. And to some companies, public holiday is triple pay and to some companies, either they pay you or it's given as an additional days to ur leave.

There is no direct flight to malta, either stop in turkey or other eu countries, prices may vary and u can check directly the airlines that u preffer, u can also book yourself,
