Do you have any idea why the Windows OOBE would ONLY offer passkey login options to a user?

Yubikey Bio is $100, but they vary from $25-100. License-wise you just need Entra P1 I believe.

I'm guessing the question is if AD has support directly for passkeys. No, it's only in Entra.
