今日一看，才真正了解，原来制作过程是这么多繁复的工序，细心与耐心的操作啊 ！！
真的很不简单 。。非常欣赏，钦佩，学习，增长知识呢 ！！

从黑驴皮浸泡，刮毛，去脂肪筋膜，切块，加入面粉吸油，搓洗冲洗开水冲泡，让驴皮收卷后切条，焯水冲水炼胶，倾出胶液，沉淀后，取上液锅中煮浓熬胶提末，至适当时加入豆油螯合，待 “ 滴水成珠 ” ，加入冰糖再煮，胶液 “ 吊猴 ” 时加入黄酒，待 “ 挂旗 ” 产生大气泡时，停止加热，将胶液倒进涂了豆油木模具中冷却一晚，切片切小块，木板上凉胶盖上细布阴干5天，之后摊放竹帘上继续阴干至一定程度，进行闷箱，期间倒箱立箱反复操作 5 次，以防止胶片变形。待胶干后，用粗布温水擦胶，使其干净有光泽，才告完成呢！！

取一胶块，阳光下照照看。。呈半透明色泽好均匀的胶片呀 ！！
将胶片劈开两半，放入捣盅内捣成碎粉，碗中放入燕窝 ，加水泡发，挑洗 ，放炖碗中，加入阿胶粉 ，蜂蜜 ，红枣 ，枸杞子，炖至阿胶融溶后即成呢。。！！
看看呀。。纷雪飘飘，冬日寒风下，来一碗 “ 阿胶燕窝红枣杞子 ” 的温馨暖暖滋润补品。。真好窝心窝心的呢 ！！
