Important Notes:
1.) Visa fee is waived if you intend to stay less than 90 days.
2.) When filling our the application form:
- be sure to write in ALL CAPS.
- put "N/A" on all items that doesn't apply to you.
- use bigger font size.
3.) Print the application form in A4 size.
