But now - just 71 days before the November 5th election - Michael dares to feel hopeful that we may just elect not only our first woman president, but our most progressive!
Also on today's episode, Michael discusses the one stain on an otherwise spotless Democratic Convention: Their disrespect of Palestinian-Americans by not letting a single one of them speak on the stage. Shame! We, their allies, will not be silent about the slaughter in Gaza.

I moved to Europe about two years ago. I was able to finally receive some medical assistance because of the healthcare system here. Unfortunately, after several MRI's the doctors found a huge cancerous brain tumor in my right frontal lobe. Not the greatest news for me but can you imagine how much the treatment costs would be in the States? Anyway, I feel as though I'm in good hands here. America needs some kind of socialised medicine. Thank you Michael for all you do to inform us and give all of us some solid advice. Blessings brother.

I listened to Rush, and I generally considered myself conservative. Now all these years later, Rush is dead, and so is much of that ideology I had. First, let me say that I'm extremely happy that America will finally elect a woman to be President (and a woman of color--even better)! But, however bad that debate went for Joe Biden, and it was very bad, Trump was almost as bad, in a different way. So, I firmly believe Joe would still have won. But, I would prefer that he finally get to retire and stop carrying the weight of the world on his benevolent shoulders. Joe was selfless and a true patriot for giving up power, just like George Washington did. Way to go Joe!!!

You’re right Mr Moore. I moved to Australia from Michigan several years ago. Here we have socialised medicine and a safety net to cover any unexpected high health costs. We have compulsory voting to keep the radicals out of office and large donations to political parties are illegal. We have little crime and no guns. Life is good here. We respect one another and consider what is good for our community above what we want as individuals. I think America has become too focused on individual rights at the expense of what is good for society.

Apparently, Biden admitted he lied back in 2016 when he said he would not run. It came out, he felt shafted by Obama and Biden said he would have won. So, he lied that he was stepping down in 2016 because of the death of his son, it was because of Obama..... Oh, and remember weeks after he decided not to run in 2016, the media reported that Biden was "thinking" about stepping into the race. It wasn't that he was going to, it was just to cause problems with Clinton.
