Peppo freaking MASTERED the scroll switching and overall combat of this game I'm still sticking with only one scroll because remembering double the skills I have + switching MID FIGHT is too much for my smooth brain
@@pongsazaaa i said many people tho, not everyone??? DB/Bow berserk/amatsu build usually would use different skillset for each scroll. Same as GS especially if you fight malzeno, people would actually use different moveset (TCS vs other one i forgot the name)
I preferably dont like how it counters or is basically immune to everything (thats coming from a lancer whose loves to tank and counter with not a shit ton of options like LS so is jealous) But credit is due where its due its a fantastic weapon and really good in the right hands And he is a GOD with that weapon love his vids
@yuukionna443 Bro. One mistake and he's dead. The counters are _not_ easy. This is insane talent and experience display. You can play LS every day for a year and not be able to pull this off..
His clear time is still even better compared to mine with my best set with full buddies and followers 😂 I hope you will continue this on MH6. Love your contents 👍👍

At first I used to think that LS is a useless weapon but after getting hang of its abilities and moves myself and watching your videos It has become my second favorite weapon (first being charge blade)
Dang! Wish ps5 button prompts worked like that! It looks so smooth! On ps5 , it seems like you have to hit a button 2 times for it to register. Was like that for world too.

bro you're like waltzing the whole time so beautiful, those dashes along the counters are worth 3 normal dashes that'd if it were me, it'd take 3 normal dashes and 1 normal attack then lastly the special sheathe (which I don't make it most of the time because I ran out of time).
Peppo in Speedo is too powerful for Sunbreak's final boss 😄!! That whole sequence from 7:09 to 7:33 was so badass 😎!!! What a banger of a run!! Spectacular performance & great music choice, too 😌👌!! Bravo Peppo sama!!
3:06 this remains one of my main problems with mhr. Besides that, the hitbox problem can also be an issue where a monster should've definitely hit you while you're parrying him but it just somehow doesn't, or vice versa when u think the monster won't hit you at all because it looks that way but it just...does lol
@@bakublader1999 yea I said "besides that", as in the hitbox problem is another problem BESIDES the monster seemingly not hitting you at random times(as shown in this vid). You can try to see that happening in one of peppo's valtstrax speedrun bloopers although I forgot which one. And it happens a lot of times in my hunts too that it's becoming super annoying
@@penguin3914 complaining about hitboxes in rise? have you played any of the other games? world had some shit hitboxes but it's new player game so nobody cares and just declines with each game prior. Rise definitely has the best hitboxes over the rest

Thanks but that's not exactly correct. Even with endgame gear and 5 pages of skills it would still require great knowledge and skills to pull off perfect runs. Yes, those are easier of course because there are no limitations, the monster dies way faster and so you don't even have to learn all his attacks patterns as he won't have time to use them since it dies so fast, but don't disprespect those runs as you never know how long it took to achieve them. I know nowadays speedrunners just get full Qurio with 10 skills per armor piece which looks simply disgusting, but that's more the game's fault IMO. Stuff like Qurio Armor Crafting should have never existed in the first place.
Peppo, you’re such an inspiration:) Quick question: Would this series be possible without quick sheath but instead sacred sheath? The counter window seems to be the same and a bit faster. And with tempered spirit blade might be flow nicely, but you’re the master so what do you think?
@PeppoLS Thank you for your answer:) Wow, I didn't know it's that much slower, especially after the helmbreaker nerf🤯 I always thought the sacred charging attack compensated for that, but makes sense since special sheathbhas more hits inside the moon right?
my favorite part of primalzys design is how untainted he gives off templar vibes, warding off the temptation of sin (qurio) and as the fight even though the qurio gives him an advantage, it ultimately leads to his demise. as they say, the light burns brightest in those who cast the biggest shadows. deus vult
every second of this video nearly gave me a heart attack bro. now imagine what happen if he's decked out in armor and deco, PriMal would call up for being abuse.

Many people use scroll switch only for animation cancel tho. It’s not like everyone use 2+2 skills

rewatching it, the monster and him look to be far enough away from each other not to hit the silk net or whatever that is
