Logarithms are not boring ! They make it possible to create crazy devices like this circular logarithmic ruler, a modification to the standard logarithmic rule. I think it the coolest science toy I have seen in my life !
I demonstrate how it can be used to do multiplication, division, take square roots and also expose the underlying mathematics. Logarithmic scale, logarithmic function- we talk about everything.
