This was the song of unique harmony combinations. Jin/RM, Suga/Tae, Suga/Jin. I think I have listened to every BTS song and I have never heard any of these combos before. It was wonderful.

It’s not called harmonizing SJJSPS Just singing a lower octave, theyre singing the same notes just a different octave. So you dont call it harmonies. Edit: jk I learned wrong, its still a harmony bc it’s a different frequency

I came here after seeing coldplay's Instagram Story, and I am crying. I never listened to BTS before, although I know they have a huge fandom. It is stunning. This song was my only comfort while I was in severe depression, it is really special to me, and this seven man just sang it with their heart and soul. And now I know why they are loved. I want to hear them more. I think I need more BTS in my life.
In addition: they are so handsome, dear lord.
EDIT: I'm trying to answer everyone, but it will take me a while. I listened to BTS songs, I watched some interviews, read the lyrics and I am amazed! I'm glad they did this cover, I am really thankful! They are artists with heart and soul, and they really touched me through their songs too. My husband and I are huge Coldplay fans. Listened to it when we were falling in love, Yellow came on in Jamaica after he proposed, just random times at the perfect time. It’s somehow always been a sign that we’re in the right place at the right time. Then my daughter (9yrs old) sends me this link today. She’s a huge BTS fan. It’s come full circle and tears literally stream down my face. This is absolutely amazing.

jins voice is so beautiful- nothing will make me feel the way his voice does
Jin is the best singer in this group. His belting is so powerful and he sings with such emotion. It's shocking how he never did singing or dancing before getting into the group. And here he is with his silver voice.
I've been a huge Coldplay fan for 15 years. I was a bit cautious when I read there would be a cover from BTS because usually there's a level of disrespect from any musician's fandom whenever they make a cover, but I've been pleasantly surprised with the amount of kind comments towards Coldplay from BTS fans all over the internet. The band itself did the song justice, even if it's not an easy song to cover. Overall I'm leaving with a very good impression.

That's because a lot of BTS fans, myself included, are also Coldplay's fans. I've been with them since Parachutes and I can say that one of the best days of my life was being in that stadium in Mexico City making my dream of seeing them live come true, while they were filming the A head full of dreams music video... Now watching this cover was so special to me, since Fix you has been a huge part of my life, as Coldplay and BTS too... Im just so happy 💜

literally no one in the world hates BTS or dislike BTS because they're Korean and Asian. The toxic fans are giving them a bad reputation. Anyone can post a cover but being recognized for it is completely different. If you’ve ever noticed this song is not used in many movies, TV shows, or ever covered by larger artist and that’s because Coldplay is very picky about who they have preform and use the song.

I agree. In the reaction videos by vocal coaches, Jin, with his soft tone and great high notes and Jimin, with his bright distinctive soft voice, were constantly praised. Jungkook's ever reliable soft tone, V's wide range, and the rap line's great lower octave, especially RM, were commendable as well.

BTS covered this song beautifully. Make goosebumps... the acceleration voice between high notes voices (falsettos of Jin's & Jimin's) and deep /lower voices of rap lines was amazing! We can see even the rap lines didin't make a rap in this song, but they sang beautifully 😘😘👍👍

I’m not an ARMY but I care about the hate they’re getting because the comments made by the German DJ is not only racist, it is also fueling the rising cases of anti-asian violence. Very few people outside of the Asian community are speaking up about this issue, and it doesn’t help when a non-person of color compares a group of Asians to a virus. Racism is a serious issue that we should never tolerate.
