इस विडियो में हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे कमाल के मेडिसिनल पौधे की जो अकेले ही 100 से ज्यादा बीमारियों का इलाज करने में कारगर रूप से काम आता है.
और आजकल कोरोना के दौर में आप इसका नाम अक्सर सुन रहे होंगे.जी हां मैं बात कर रहा हूं गिलोय की. गिलोय कितनी गुणकारी है इसका अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि आयुर्वेद में 100 से ज्यादा दवाइयां बनाने में गिलोय का यूज़ किया जाता है. गिलोय को अमृता या गुडुची भी कहा जाता है इसे Tinospora cordifolia, या heart-leaved moonseed भी कहते हैं.
दोस्तों इस समय लगभग सारी दुनिया कोरोना वायरस की चपेट में है, अभी तक करोना की कोई vaccine नहीं बनी है इसलिए करोना infection से बचने का एकमात्र तरीका है सावधानी रखना, और इंम्यूनिटी बढ़ाना. करोना का खतरा सबसे ज्यादा उन लोगों को है जिनका इम्यून सिस्टम याने बीमारियों से लड़ने की ताकत, कमजोर होती है.
इस बात में कोई शक नहीं है कि सही मात्रा में गिलोय का सेवन करने से आपका इम्यून सिस्टम आश्चर्यजनक रूप से मजबूत होने लगता है, और अब तो ये scientifically प्रूवन फैक्ट है.
Today i am going to talk about an amazing medicinal plant which is used to cure more than hundred deseases.
In this video I'm gonna demonstrate how grow Giloy at home, and how to make Giloy and Tulsi kadha.
Giloy is such a a curating herb, that it is used in making more than hundred Ayurvedic medicines. It is also called as Amrita for Guduchi. In English it is called as Tinospora cordifolia, or heart-leaved moonseed. It has beautiful dark green and heart shaped leaves. Giloy is found in almost all parts of India. it is capable of fighting against almost all kinds of viral infections, fever, cough and cold
Specially in dengue fever, when blood platelets count falls down, Giloy effectively controls and increase platelets. Giloy is also an amazing immunity booster. Today almost whole world is under the attack of coronavirus. no vaccine against COVID-19 has invented yet.
So the only protection against this deadly virus is taking precautions, and making your immune system strong. People with low immunity are highly prone to get infected by corona virus. There is no doubt that consuming Giloy regularly in right quantity can surprisingly make your immune system strong and This is a proven fact.
