- Let me show you what its like to ride a Mountain Bike down a black graded Ski Piste as I take you for a run down the famous Megavalanche track starting at 3330 Metres to Allemond which sees you ride a total of 8,530 vertical metres and a distance of 20km.
Unfortunately the snow wasn't good enough to race down this year hence racing the qualifier track instead but here is what should of been!

This is beautiful and really appreciated. But I am an old American and am amused by my inability to understand the speech. It seems to be a dialect of the english language, but somehow different.
When I was a boy I listened with the elders to Sir Winston Churchills speeches, which were rebroadcast here in America. I understood every word. My hearing is still good but now I am reminded of our breaking of the Imperial Japanese Naval code, I may get one word in ten. Very amusing. Still, the English are our cousins and we must be patient.

I’m confused - did the race start from the snow at the top? I’ve only seen it racing from a rocky start
@phlebism No, they had to start from the quali start line because of a massive storm at the top. I get the feeling Deaks was willing to try from the top!

How did you set suspension up for mega deaks? softer? faster rebound?
Softer air pressure and and wound HSC on slightly 🙏
